Toasted seeded bloomer loaded with crunchy peanut butter, smashed banana, cacao-maca powder, date syrup, and cacao nibs.
PB & Banana on Toast
A quick, energising breakfast or snack. The cacao-maca powder adds a subtle earthy depth, and the date syrup keeps things naturally sweet.
Ingredients
- 4 slices seeded bloomer
- 4 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 tsp cacao-maca powder
- 2 tbsp date syrup
- 2 tbsp cacao nibs
Method
1. Toast
- Toast the bread slices until golden and crisp.
2. Top
- Spread peanut butter generously over each slice.
- Peel the bananas2 ripe bananas, place on the toast, and smash roughly with a fork.
- Sprinkle with cacao-maca powder1 tsp cacao-maca powder and scatter over the cacao nibs2 tbsp cacao nibs.
- Drizzle with date syrup2 tbsp date syrup and serve immediately.
